Golf MATchanics is proud to introduce the Golf Exercise Performance Plan.  We are focused on developing bodies better fit to tolerate the repetition of the game of golf, while developing more strength and power, and decreasing injury.

PHASE 1: IsoMobility®

By developing more body awareness will help develop the ability to separate better leaving to a more efficient golf swing.

  • Main focus is to build body awareness and Positional strength by using a modality call Muscle Activation Techniques

  • Sessions will be reinforced by isometric exercises.

Phase 2: Strength Phase

After building body awareness and control it time to add strength to your body.

  • IsoStrength®: will develop more isolated strength by focusing on unilateral exercises.

  • Dual Strength® will develop more bilateral strength

Phase 3: Power Phase

After you have develop a stable and strong body its time to earn your right to move fast!

  • IsoPower® will develop more isolate power movements to develop a faster rate of contraction

  • DualPower® will develop more bilateral based power exercises


Online Training Options:


HOME VERSION: This is for the individuals whose bodies are responding well to IsoMobility Phase and have build a strong body awareness. But now want to exercise from home or at the gym on their own. This an online training program.

  • This includes access to the Trainerize Platform (online training app)

  • monthly 30-minute meetings to go over program questions

  • 4 week (at a time) Macrocycle

  • 2-way communication - Via Trainerize Platform

  • Individualized exercise videos

MAXIMIZE ME: 1-On-1 Strength Coaching Sessions and Online Training Program. This is for the individuals who are really serious about getting into the ideal golf shape. The individual wants the Golf MATchanics Coach to take over and organize each step of the way under supervision, but also want to have a strategic exercise plan to do outside of meeting with a Golf MATchanics Coach. The program will be designed based on the results of your Flexable Assessment.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions - Plus At HOME VERISION

  • Currently hourly Rate

  • $199 Monthly rate

  • Must have a minimum of 2 sessions a week

  • The Online Program will work in conjunction with 1-on-1 Training Sessions

  • Monthly 30-minute meeting to go over new exercise Program and Progression

  • 4 week (at a time) Macrocycle Plan Developed

  • Weekly Training Updates

  • Online Isometric Progression Program for home use

  • 2 way of communication - Via Trainerize Platform
